BEGINNER YOGA

This class is for the yoga student who is new to the practice, or for anyone who wishes to delve deeper into the basics of asana, meditation, history, and breath work at a slower pace. The class is designed to move intentionally through a basic series of poses and practices to help you find a comfortable movement practice to get you started. Although every student is welcome at every class, this will give you that extra support to start your deeper yoga journey.
