Embodied Tarot Flow

How can you embody The Fool? The Hierophant? The Page of Cups?

Embodied Tarot uses one card in the deck that might highlight the season, day or planetary alignment to study the knowledge and messages of the card through our own lives and belief systems. We learn about the card by embodying its messages in our lives. This class with be knowledge, contemplation, journaling and self-discovery. Breath and movement will be intentional and intuitive.
