Learn the history, movements and fundamentals of mat pilates to teach it, or simply strengthen you practice.

We will cover:

  • History

  • The 37 classical exercises

  • Creative applications

  • Basic anatomy

  • Beginner + advanced options

  • Cueing

  • Yoga considerations

  • Using the circle (+ other prop ideas)

This is intended to prepare you to teach on a basic skills level. If you wish to receive certification through our studio, you will be required to take advanced apprentice hours (class time, teaching, observation).
