Restorative yoga is our most restful class, intended to relieve stress and allow healing in the mind and body. With use of ALL the props (boosters, blocks, blankets…), you’ll support yourself in each pose to find stillness and let go. It’s meditative and known to help combat anxiety, stress, depression and lift the mood.
