YOGA: THE FOUR PATHS

We don’t often learn about the four paths of yoga - our four spiritual avenues to our yoga practice. Even With all of the modalities of yoga and the eight limbs, our “why” is often missing. The Bhagavad Gita gives is the four paths to yoga, which give meaning to our deeper practice. September is national yoga month, so this course is a way for you to deepen your “why” for your practice.
