Lauren is a visual artist, tarot reader, and eclectic witch - all of which inform their teaching style for yoga, movement, and meditation. Lauren started their Chicago journey getting a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, which was an incubator not only for art-making but an exploration of yoga, witchcraft, and all of the bridges in between.

Lauren specializes in creative and playful sequencing. Whether you join them for a powerful vinyasa flow or gentle class, there is a common through-line of meditative intentionality, of imagination paired with practicality. Students can expect class to follow a theme, often tarot- or astrology-inspired, that informs intention, postures, and final meditation. One of Lauren’s favorite reminders: “there’s a reason it’s called the yoga practice, not the yoga performance” so come prepared to play and unafraid to be imperfect! They love a good heart opener, arm balance, and any opportunity to get a little weird and silly.

Off of the yoga mat, Lauren loves a good costume party, goth night, creative collaboration, concert - the goal is to STAY WEIRD and LIVE A MAGICAL EXISTENCE!

Jill has been practicing yoga and flowing through life for over two decades. A social worker by day and a moonlit dreamer always, she blends her love of justice with the grounding magic of movement. Her time in the Peace Corps in Albania deepened her practice and taught her the sacred art of slowing down through yoga. Living with fibromyalgia awakened her to the body’s quiet wisdom, where movement becomes medicine and ritual brings release. Jill believes in deep rest, intuition, and the transformative power of presence. She helps students tune into intuition, honor the body, and flow with the rhythms of the cosmos. Her classes blend breathwork, mudras, mantra, and lunar wisdom to create space for healing and self-discovery. Off the mat, you'll find Jill biking through Chicago, dancing to live music, or curled up with her dog Zemer and cat Shpirti pulling tarot cards.

Hi I’m Rebecca. I’m a yoga teacher, death doula, folk witch, movie director, artist, and nature lover who focuses on a blend of mental health, functional movement, and spiritual practice in teaching. I spend a lot of my time painting and studying folklore and witchcraft from Ukraine (where I grew up) and Scotland (where my ancestors are from). I'm a big fan of horror movies, giving tarot readings,camping, karaoke, and fantasy novels, not to mention curating the perfect playlist for any occasion. You'll find me on the weekend chilling in a hammock, pretending I'm on Broadway, or window shopping for antiques I can't afford (maybe all the above).

An airy dreamer, Dee lives among the clouds. She prefers the path less traveled, while cultivating freedom & happiness along the way.

Dee provides a space of safety, creativity, and curiosity. With an intuitive perception, fusing life insights, philosophies, and different Yoga styles.

Dee lives a YANG lifestyle, so her classes mirror her personal YIN practices. Taking place, mostly, on the floor. With a focus on breath, grounding, and mental clarity through asana & moving meditations.

You can expect to feel supported, fabulous, and deeply restored.

Stephanie’s introduction to yoga began with a photocopy of a sun salutation she received while taking a Modern dance class in college.  She began repeating this sequence at home, finding that the repetition instilled peace of mind, new energy and confidence in her Self. 

With confidence in hand, Stephanie made the journey from West Virginia to Chicago where she began an on again, off again relationship with different yoga styles before finding Hatha yoga.  The pacing of poses, breath work and alignment spoke volumes and led her to pursue her teacher certification through Bloom Yoga Studio in 2014.

Stephanie experiences great joy meeting humans on their mat and providing a welcoming space for all individuals to explore and challenge their abilities. Her playful teaching style may incorporate visualizing scenes or shimmying your shoulders while holding a pose.

When she’s not on her yoga mat, you’ll find Stephanie tackling a decor project, creating art or dancing it out. 

Jay has been studying under the guidance of Bhante Sujatha of the Blue Lotus Temple in Woodstock, IL., for over a decade. He blends meditation with dharma talks at his Heavy Metta class the first Wednesday of the month.

Jillian lives life from a lens of intuition, creativity, magick and kindness and believes that we all have dharma and have the tools within us to see it clearly. We aren't here to fit into someone else's (that someone being as human and flawed as we are) ideas and expectations of us. We're here for purpose, and that is ours to honor and witness.

As a Reiki Master, energy worker, RYT500 Kundalini + yoga teacher, sound healer, meditation + witchcraft instructor, animal empath, coven founder, artist, poet and space holder of all things spiritual and transformational, she envisions a world where we all get to explore the depths of who we are. Not just the pretty stuff, but the gritty, the dark, the heavy, so that we know it well and know our light because we see it all. In this sense, we can then reach our kind hearts out to one another and feel acceptance, rather than judgement.

When someone feels powerless, they take the first inkling of power they believe they have and hold it over others. When someone is EMPOWERED, they live and breathe their truth in equality with others. Everyone sees eye to eye. I hope you find your home here to know your power with, not over, others.
