CARDIO+STRENGTH+FLOW

This class is a combination of Pilates and Vinyasa and is 45 minutes of strengthening, endurance and HELLFIRE using body weight and props. This is the class for those who want to kickstart their day into full gear with a little extra extra. The studio will be slightly warmed to encourage a good sweat!
